“Hotel is in need of renovations ASAP!! Not staying here until they upgrade their rooms...get new staff...and upgrade their menus. The room is falling apart... the sink was broken, closet doors broken...kitchen amenities were dirty... however, the view was amazing (only reason why I’m giving two stars and not one) Food is average (I don’t recommend)... staff is NOT helpful and never available when calling from the room phone...I had to call their sales line from my personal phone to request an iron.. then waited 45 minutes for the iron to make it to my room. If you ask me if I’d recommend this hotel or stay here, my answer is simply no! Avoid if possible!”

“Depending on what you like this place is ok, nah or good of course. In my humble opinion. I did not like it. It was too noisy. The air conditioning does not work. They don’t have enough staff. The service is not good. It’s kinda cheap but I am sure you can find a nicer place. The bed is not too good. And is not clean to my standards. The room had tissues on the floor left behind which is unacceptable to my standards.”
