“Horrible stay! Horrible staff, manager is afraid to confront guest about complaints..booking steped in to help, staff during check in named "David" was no help and all the other hotel staff recognized that he was useless and slow, roaches in the rooms old furniture good luck if you stay here...”

“Hotel is in need of renovations ASAP!! Not staying here until they upgrade their rooms...get new staff...and upgrade their menus. The room is falling apart... the sink was broken, closet doors broken...kitchen amenities were dirty... however, the view was amazing (only reason why I’m giving two stars and not one) Food is average (I don’t recommend)... staff is NOT helpful and never available when calling from the room phone...I had to call their sales line from my personal phone to request an iron.. then waited 45 minutes for the iron to make it to my room. If you ask me if I’d recommend this hotel or stay here, my answer is simply no! Avoid if possible!”
