“I have been here for two weeks.
Hotel: The breakfast (about 6:30 to 10:30am) was included and it was good. There is an Italian and Spanish restaurant, which are very recommendable. Furthermore, on the 30th floor there is a bar which offers a very nice view of Huangpu River. The gym is open 24 hours a day and has simple equipment for training. Sauna and pool are small but not crowded.
Location: it is 3-4 minutes walk to Lujiazui metro station (line 2). For each way, no matter where you want to go, you pay 3RMB and you are very fast everywhere in Shanghai. Disadvantage is the food options nearby.
Smoking inside the hotel facilities is not allowed. So you have to go out of the hotel to smoke(even if you are at 30th floor at bar )
Staff: At the reception they all speak English and so you have no communication difficulties. They are all nice and friendly.

“El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación,en pleno centro financiero, próximo a zona comercial y estación de metro. Zonas Comunes muy bien cuidadadas y limpias, excelente zona de spa con unas vistas increíbles. Las habitaciones con WiFi gratis, son muy grandes y acogedoras, las camas excelentes y el baño muy amplio sin faltar detalle. La televisión ni la pusimos, ni un solo canal en español. Lo peor la zona de copas o bar lounge, no tienen hielo en condiciones, no saben poner un buen combinado, y me tomé el peor mojito de mi vida, ni aposta se puede hacer tan malo, sabor a detergente como poco. También serios problemas para encontrar cerveza bien fría. Eso sí las vistas fantásticas. En definitiva, volvería sin duda pero no entraría al bar. Por cierto un café con leche unos 10 euros.”
