“My experience at the Grand Kempinski just keeps getting better and better.The staff at all levels is fantastic.The Lady In Read team is superb with Lolita, Eva, and Bella being standouts.Housekeeping staff is fantastic, and the show up when needed right away.The lounge is a great place for cocktails at night, and breakfast in the morning.Judith is the executive lounge manager, and she is very warm, friendly and accommodating.On many occasions I have required a late check-out because my flight was delayed, and the front desk took care of it no problem.The rooms are clean and well appointed.I pay for allmy business hotels, and I have stayed in many hotels in Shanghai, however, the Kempinski keeps me coming back every time.Great hotel, great staff, excellent management !Location Excellent !”
