“Room and accommodation really good. Some restaurants serve good food and others no so good. Quantity of food should be improved specially in a all inclusive hotel. Hotel facilities are beautiful and cozy. Entertainment is the worst I’ve see in a hotel. Beach shores👎🏼and to be able to have better shores you have to pay for tours. Service is excellent and Human Resources of great quality. 3 out of 5 basically because Beach shores, entertainment and food is essential to me. Not bad but definitely needs improvements.”
