Adorei o spa! Fui duas vezes. Amei os gatos. Adorei o Jerk Shack. Escunas Adoradas. Aguarde a equipe em todas as restrições super gentis e agradáveis para conversar. Passeio de hora de excursão de quadriciclo em cada sentido por meia hora de quadriciclo, foi divertido, mas provavelmente não vale a pena. Tubulação foi uma explosão. O serviço de quarto leva 45 minutos, mas é bom! Gostei das piscinas e propriedade. Não gostei do nível do clube, não recomendaria, você não precisa disso se for experiente, é apenas uma camada extra para passar - - mesmo se você reservar excursões, você vai para a cabana de excursões. ¡Me encantó el balneario! Fui dos veces. Me encantaron los gatos. Me encantó el Jerk Shack. Goletas amadas. Los camareros en todas las restricciones son súper amables y agradables para conversar. Excursión en vehículo todoterreno de una hora en cada sentido durante media hora en todoterreno, fue divertido pero probablemente no valga la pena. La tubería fue una maravilla. El servicio de habitaciones tarda 45 minutos, ¡pero es bueno! Disfrutamos de las piscinas y la propiedad. No disfruté del nivel del club, no lo recomendaría, no lo necesita si es inteligente, es solo una capa adicional por la que pasar, incluso si reserva excursiones, va a la choza de excursiones. I loved the spa! Went twice. Loved the cats. Loved the Jerk Shack. Loved Schooners. Wait staff at all restraints super kind and nice to chat with. ATV excursion hour ride each way for half hour atv, was fun but likely not worth it. Tubing was a blast. Room service takes 45 minutes but is good! Enjoyed the pools and property. Did not enjoy club level, wouldn't recommend, you don't need it if you are savvy it's just an extra layer to go through--even if you book excursions you go to the excursion shack. They just weren't able to help me with anything. Would've gotten a nicer room over club.

Absolutamente incrível tempo lá com minha esposa por uma semana. Com certeza vale cada centavo gasto! Adoramos e reservamos no local para 2023! Espero conseguir mais amigos e familiares para ir a esses resorts maravilhosos! Absolutely amazing time there with my wife for a week. Definitely worth every penny spent! We loved it and booked on site for 2023! I hope to get more friends and family to go to these wonderful resorts! This resort has the fun party atmosphere if you want it and if you want peace and quiet and romance you have it also. It will be hard to beat South Coast!!

Esta certo. Não vale o dinheiro na minha opinião. Cada restaurante levou uma eternidade e a comida era medíocre. É como um buffet a portas fechadas, onde eles só cozinham para pedir algumas coisas. Você tem que fazer uma reserva para jantar em dois restaurantes.. eles foram reservados até o dia em que saímos. Depois de reclamar com 4 pessoas diferentes, finalmente conseguimos uma reserva. Não havia nada de espetacular na praia ou na área de natação. As piscinas eram boas! Entretenimento foi ótimo! Ficamos na vila francesa (mais barato), o quarto era bom. Cama era confortável. Passeio de e para o aeroporto foi aterrorizante. Estou feliz por ter ido e experimentado, mas não tenho necessidade de ir novamente.

Este resort é incrível! A equipe é incrível, a comida é ótima (especialmente o sushi), e o entretenimento é energético! Há muitos shows e talentos incríveis aqui! Nós nos casamos aqui na capela e ficamos para nossa lua de mel. Nossa organizadora de casamentos, Val, cuidou de tudo para que fosse totalmente livre de estresse. Tudo o que tivemos que fazer foi escolher um sabor de bolo e ela cuidou de todos os outros detalhes. A equipe de cabelo e maquiagem foi fabulosa e conseguiu exatamente o que todos queríamos. O fotógrafo foi ótimo! Super amigável, rápido e criativo. Mal posso esperar para ver nosso vídeo. Tivemos o melhor tempo no karaokê todas as noites com Marton - ele é a vida da festa e sempre ao redor do resort com um sorriso no rosto. Estância era linda. Não há queixas. Mesmo com o serviço que recebemos, foi excelente. A comida estava ok. Meu maior problema é que você não pode fazer reservas de refeições até que esteja no resort. Tivemos uma estadia de cinco dias e ambos os restaurantes que queríamos comer em que as reservas necessárias foram reservadas a totalidade da nossa estadia. Então tínhamos uma viagem planejada para seis meses e não conseguimos comer nos lugares que queríamos. Também não há muitas opções para bebidas. Para refrigerante, suas opções são basicamente Coca-Cola ou Sprite. E para cerveja Red Stripe é a única cerveja no local. ¡Este complejo es increíble! El personal es increíble, la comida es excelente (especialmente el sushi) y el entretenimiento es enérgico. ¡Hay muchos espectáculos increíbles y talento aquí! Nos casamos aquí en la capilla y nos quedamos de luna de miel. Nuestra organizadora de bodas, Val, se encargó de todo para que todo transcurriera sin estrés. El complejo era hermoso. No hay quejas allí. Lo mismo con el servicio que recibimos, fue excelente. La comida estaba bien. Mi mayor problema es que no puedes hacer reservas para cenar hasta que estés en el resort. Tuvimos una estadía de cinco días y los dos restaurantes en los que queríamos comer en los que se requerían reservas se reservaron la totalidad de nuestra estadía. Así que teníamos un viaje planeado para seis meses y no pudimos comer en los lugares que queríamos. Además, no hay muchas opciones para bebidas. Just ok. Not worth the money in my opinion. Every restaurant took forever and the food was mediocre. It’s like a behind closed doors buffet where they actually only cook to order a few things. You have to make a reservation for dinner at two restaurants.. they were booked up until the day we left. After complaining to 4 different people we finally got a reservation. There was nothing spectacular about the beach or swimming area. Pools were nice! Entertainment was great! We stayed in the French village (cheapest), the room was fine. Bed was comfy. Ride to and from the airport was terrifying. I’m glad I went and experienced it, but I don’t have a need to ever go again.

Resort was beautiful. No complaints there. Same with the service we received, it was excellent. Food was okay. My biggest issue is you can't make dining reservations until you are at the resort. We had a five day stay and both of the restaurants we wanted to eat at that required reservations were booked out the entirety of our stay. So we had a trip planned for six months and didn't get to eat at the places we wanted. Also there isn't many options for drinks. For soda your options are basically Coke or Sprite. And for beer Red Stripe is the only beer on site. I understand it's probably cheapest and easiest for them to keep that in stock but for what people pay to stay here there should be some other options. TV didn't work at all, and the front desk was made aware of it. It never got fixed, but we didn't travel to Jamaica to watch TV so I'm not holding that against them. We really enjoyed our stay, not sure if we need to do another Sandals vacation though.

This resort is amazing! The staff is incredible, the food is great (especially the sushi), and the entertainment is energetic! There is a lot of amazing shows and talent here! We got married here in the chapel and stayed for our honeymoon. Our wedding planner, Val, took care of everything so it was totally stress-free. All we had to do was pick out a cake flavor and she took care of all of the other details. The hair and makeup crew was fabulous and achieved exactly what we all wanted. The photographer was great! Super friendly, quick, and creative. I can’t wait to see our video. We had the best time at karaoke every night with Marton - he is the life of the party and always around the resort with a smile on his face. We enjoyed meeting all of the staff; everyone is very polite and it was nice seeing familiar faces during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Sandals South Coast was amazing. The hotel staff was so pleasant. We were there five days and didn't have one complaint the entire time. We stayed in the Dutch village with the tranquility soaking tub. The views were breath taking. The room was so clean. The grounds were pristine. We're going to visit other locations, but we will return to this one. Job well done Sandals South Coast!!!

Wow, this place was wonderful. Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly and the food and drinks were phenomenal. Everett in the scuba diving area was a spectacular teacher and really went above and beyond. Maleek in the Italian restaurant was my best buddy as soon as I walked into the place. I would give a strong recommendation if you've ever thought about staying at an all-inclusive resort, Sandals is the place to stay. We loved it so much that we've already booked another stay for next year.

Hay al menos una hora y media en coche por caminos horribles y vistas desagradables antes de llegar a Sandals Resort. Very nice facility. The staff is generally pleasant and professional. I dove 3 days and the crew was great. Not the best dives from visibility point of view but nice reefs and sea life. I did advanced open water certification at instructor recommendation. Glad I did.

This was a beautiful and pristine resort! The food was excellent and the service was so incredible. Everyone working there was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure you were having a good time. The waiters & waitresses were so accommodating and bartenders were amazing, especially Clayton! He is the main bartender at the central pool and he worked so hard to make sure everyone was served and he did it with a smile. The lifeguards were also very kind and made sure the beaches were pristine. The maids were very good as well… this was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. They did a great job making sure the rooms were spotless! Cannot say enough about everyone working there :) thank you again for an amazing vacation!

Sandals South Coast has quickly become our favorite Sandals destination. The grounds are spacious and well maintained, the rooms in the Dutch Village are modern and clean, the pools are large with an ample number of lounge chairs, the food was delicious and most importantly the staff were kind and very helpful. We will definitely be returning many times in the future.

There is at least an hour and half drive over horrible roads and unpleasant sights before arriving at Sandals Resort. The hotel was very clean and the majority of the employees were super nice and welcoming. Most of the restaurants had a nice variety of food selections and the overall quality was a 3-4 out of five stars. I'll be trying out another Sandals location in the future.

Tivemos um tempo maravilhoso na Costa Sul da Jamaica. As pessoas são absolutamente fantásticas. A comida é ótima, tudo impecável. A equipe do spa foi maravilhosa.A única recomendação que eu faria, é fazer seus próprios arranjos de voo. Deixei o Sandals reservar meus voos e foi absolutamente horrível. Eu poderia ter conseguido um vôo direto, menos complicações e economizado algum dinheiro.O primeiro incômodo foi que o voo foi alterado e eu nunca fui atualizado sobre essa informação no meu voo de saída. O segundo incômodo foi que eu tinha uma conexão a caminho de casa. Deram-nos 45 minutos para pegar minha conexão, mas quando peguei minha bagagem despachada, passei pela alfândega, despachei minha bagagem novamente e cheguei do outro lado do aeroporto até meu portão, as portas estavam fechando e perdi meu voo casa. Eu tive que encontrar um hotel para dormir até o dia seguinte..

Acabamos de passar 4 noites no quarto aquático e adorei! Ele veio com serviço de mordomo, e nosso atendente pessoal Tiffany foi absolutamente incrível! Ela deixou configurações de quarto divertidas para nós, lanches, preparou nosso local de praia diariamente e nos entregava bebidas (mesmo as divertidas e não alcoólicas para eu estar grávida, para que eu ainda me sentisse incluída) e comida, se desejássemos. Ela tornou tudo tão fácil! A comida no resort era boa, com alguns sendo melhores que outros. Adoramos nosso jantar no Schooners e as omeletes que eram entregues em nosso quarto diariamente para o café da manhã! A pizza do Giuseppe's também estava muito boa. A equipe foi toda amigável e ótimo serviço ao cliente. A única coisa que eu teria preferido menos era o upselling aleatório para as coisas, mas quando dissemos não, todos aceitaram e educadamente seguiram em frente, então realmente não foi um grande problema para nós. O traslado de e para o resort me deixou um pouco enjoado, mas isso foi apenas o terreno da unidade. No geral, tivemos uma ótima estadia e realmente amamos as vibrações descontraídas e os membros da equipe com quem interagimos. Nós com certeza faríamos outra estadia Sandals!

This is our 3rd visit to Sandals South Coast.The resort and the resort team are definitely our favorite; we have also visited Royal Bahamian, Royal Caribbean, Grand Antigua, and Grand St Lucian.The grounds are pristine.The team at South Coast is outstanding; have never experienced anything but professional/friendly people.The beach is the best in the Sandals collection in our opinion.Plenty of beach chairs and shade opportunities.We absolutely love all of the restaurants; have never experienced a meal we didn't completely enjoy!We can't wait for our next trip back "home" to see our South Coast family!

We had such a wonderful time at South Coast Jamaica.The people are absolutely fantastic. The food is great,everything is spotless.The staff at the spa was wonderful.The only recommendation I would make,is make your own flight arrangements. I let Sandals book my flights and it was absolutely awful. I could have gotten a direct flight,less hassle and saved some money.The first hassle was that the flight was changed and I was never updated on this information on my flight out. The second hassle was that I had a connection on my way home.We were given 45 minutes to catch my connection,but by the time I retrieved my checked baggage, got through customs,then rechecked my baggage and then got to the other side of the airport to my gate the doors were closing and I missed my flight home. I had to find a hotel to sleep till the next day..

We just spent 4 nights in the swim up room and loved it! It came with butler service, and our personal attendant Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She left fun room setups for us, snacks, prepped our beach spot daily, and would drop off drinks to us (even fun fruity non-alcoholic ones for me being pregnant so that I still felt included) and food if we wished. She made everything so easy! The food at the resort was good, with some being better than others. We loved our dinner at Schooners and the omelets that were delivered to our room daily for breakfast! The pizza at Giuseppe's was really good as well. The staff was all friendly and provider great customer service. The one thing I would have preferred less of was random upselling to things, but when we said no, everyone accepted it and politely moved along, so it really wasn't that big of an issue for us. The shuttle drive to and from the resort made me a little queasy, but that was just the terrain of the drive. Overall, we had a great stay and really loved the laid back vibes and the team members we interacted with. We would definitely do another Sandals stay!

The one thing I would have preferred less of was random upselling to things, but when we said no, everyone accepted it and politely moved along, so it really wasn't that big of an issue for us. The shuttle drive to and from the resort made me a little queasy, but that was just the terrain of the drive. Overall, we had a great stay and really loved the laid back vibes and the team members we interacted with. We would definitely do another Sandals stay!

Overall, I would not recommend staying at Sandals South Coast.The beginning of the trip was started by staff putting me and my party in multiple uncomfortable situations by looking for tips. I am usually a very generous tipper however being directly asked was very strange.The food was just ok. Most of the food I ate was nothing special with the exception of a couple of meals. I would say the Italian restaurant was by far the worst and the sushi place was great.One of the most upsetting things about the resort was the staff. I understand that their working conditions may be difficult and for that reason I would usually tip heavy. However, the attitude of the staff at times was obnoxious. When asking bartenders for more complicated drinks, they would roll their eyes at you and walk away. Sometimes you got your drink, sometimes you didn't. I also was told “the blender is broken” when it wasn't. The blended drinks were amazing, however slightly complicated to make. This was the bartenders way out of making them.I'm sure being a bartender at a resort where you aren't supposed to tip is not fun, but that attitude is certainly not going to make me want to tip you. This is not to say that a couple of the bartenders were not awesome. For example, a bartender by the name of Courtney could not have been better. He was friendly, kind, and fast to make drinks.In addition to being asked for tips, staff would commonly ask for food. On more than one occasion I was asked to bring staff food because they were hungry.I don't think any of the above mentioned issues are the fault of the working staff. I believe these issues to be coming from the top. From my 5 day assessment, it sounds like Sandals is overworking and underpaying their people. It is difficult to enjoy a vacation when the staff seems so miserable.

Quando digo que o serviço foi péssimo, imagine vir em um grupo de 20 casais com mais de 40 visitantes que pagaram um bom dinheiro pelo tudo incluído para chegar a um serviço medíocre e ao melhor.Chegando lá foi um pesadelo quando a porta do ônibus se abriu; parecia a Jamaica veloz e furiosa em Detroit como buracos. Aperte o cinto de segurança e ore para não vomitar durante todo o trajeto.Ah, antes que eu me esqueça, chegamos ao nosso concierge e descobrimos que mais da metade de nós tinha quartos que não estavam prontos .. enquanto estávamos sendo vendidos em um resort que não estava pronto para nós. Duas horas e meia se passariam antes de nos instalarmos.Ir para o jantar é geralmente algo que esperamos ansiosamente, e isso também não foi agradável. Os garçons pareciam incomodados com pedidos, como um refrigerante, depois de esperar 2 horas e meia a 3 horas para servir a refeição final. Hora da ilha? Eu acho isso um pouco excessivo.Por último, nosso bom amigo teve suas sandálias de 450 dólares roubadas por um membro da equipe de garçons na ilha. É engraçado como estamos em casa e, agora, depois que toda a equipe foi informada, as sandálias reapareceram.Vou manter minhas sandálias no armário. Eu não voltarei.

When I think of all-inclusive travel events, this is not what I expected. As a veteran, I like to grab my wife and head out to a resort from time to time. This experience would have been worse had it not been for the excellent team of couples we took the trip with. When I say service was terrible, imagine coming in a group of 20 couples with over 40 visitors who paid good money for all-inclusive to arrive at mediocre at best service.Arriving there was a nightmare when the shuttle door bus opened; it felt like the fast and furious Jamaica on Detroit like potholes. Buckle your seat belt and pray not to puke during the entire ride.Oh, before I forget, we got to our concierge only to find more than half of us had rooms that were not ready.. while we were being sold on a resort that was not ready for us. Two and a half hours would go by before we were settled in.Going to dinner is usually something we look forward to, and this was not delightful either. The wait staff seemed to be bothered by requests with things such as a soft drink after waiting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours to serve the final meal. Island time? I think this is a bit excessive.Lastly, our good friend had his 450 dollar sandals stolen by a member of the wait staff on the island. It's funny how we are home, and now after the entire team was briefed, the sandals reappeared.I’ll keep my sandals in the closet. I won’t be returning.

Incredibly hard to go wrong with Sandals. The resorts are beautiful and very active places. Tons of activities if you prefer or just lounge on a beach and forget about the every day. The service is stellar, food is on the better end of resort food. A great all inclusive experience if you love the beach.

First and foremost, we did enjoy the majority of our stay and the room was especially clean and comfortable, however, we would likely not book a return trip to this resort.Our concerns started when we arrived at the airport. A paid guided service was not rendered and we have yet to be refunded.The shuttle service was frightening to say the least and I have driven in many countries around the world. Unnecessary risks taken by the driver on a continuous basis.Our room was not ready and did not give the view we paid for and there was no explanation as to why and no apology for the several hour wait.The price paid for the trip was not worth the services and food provided. On our 4 night 5 day trip, my wife and I found many of our meals inedible and the majority of the wait staff was unwelcoming and felt as if we were bothering them, which was also the case when dealing with the front desk and management.There were a few employees which I wish I could remember there names which salvaged our opinion of the resort.While those few made the trip better, it is unlikely that we will spend our hard earned money at another sandals resort any time soon.I believe saving for years to have a dream vacation should leave you feeling like you lived in a dream for the short duration of time.Self planning and self guiding to Europe next time we vacation internationally.

Room and accommodation really good. Some restaurants serve good food and others no so good. Quantity of food should be improved specially in a all inclusive hotel. Hotel facilities are beautiful and cozy. Entertainment is the worst I’ve see in a hotel. Beach shores👎🏼and to be able to have better shores you have to pay for tours. Service is excellent and Human Resources of great quality. 3 out of 5 basically because Beach shores, entertainment and food is essential to me. Not bad but definitely needs improvements.

We had a great vacation at Sandals South Coast. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Food and drinks met expectations. Weather in May seems to provide to rain early afternoon most days we were there but let us take an afternoon nap and usually was clear at night. Really enjoyed the shows and the white party with silent disco. Bus ride from airport was not too bad but would recommend a private car to help bypass waiting in customs and such at airport depending on when you arrive. We wanted to stay in Dutch village as it is newly renovated and would recommend it, however it was sold out. Two active pools and the one in the dutch village seemed more relaxed. Plenty of amenities and beach access. Nothing was too far of a walk. Would recommend.

I wish more than anything I could give a five star review! I had high expectations for this trip, knowing how high Sandals is spoken of. To begin, the resort is beautiful and you are greeted warmly. The rooms are clean and fresh. The WiFi in my room hardly worked unless I went to the patio, I stayed in the French village. Unfortunately I didn’t take my cash out of my purse, I should have put it in the safe. My money was stolen out of my purse that I left in my room during the day while we were celebrating our anniversary. The resort security questioned why I didn’t use my safe, searched my room, had me fill out a incident and said they will open an investigation. I gave it almost two days and during that time met another couple in the same building whose cash was also stolen from their room. We went to see how the “investigation” was progressing and were told they would appreciate it if we would keep this quiet as they were aware of another couple who knew of our situation, and they would credit my account the money that was stolen. That was a very hard part of our stay at Sandals South Coast. For the next few days we made an effort to have a wonderful trip, I give most of the food quality a 7/10, except the Sushi which I give a 10/10. The staff is kind, the entertainment is so fun to watch and the beach is beautiful.

First day and we love it Over all we were very pleased with our vacation to Sandals South coast in Jamaica. We found everything well organized and the attention to details could be seen and felt through out our whole vacation. Staff at the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculately kept and the gardeners always took time to say hello and answer any of my wife's and my questions about the beautiful plants. The rooms were kept very clean and we always found our bed turned down after we returned from our evening out. The pools were well maintained. We spent most of our days at the beach so my wife could read while I spent most of the day doing water sports, water skiing, Hobie cats, kayaking, surf boarding, the staff at the water sport area were great. We also found the drinks were well above average from other places we have stayed. Over all the staff did a great job, the food was great and we are already booked again for next year. Next year we are going to take the time to mark down the staff that went above and beyond, there were at least 10 but I am bad with names, Thank you to those staff very much appreciated.

By far the most amazing vacation we’ve had together. The resort was everything I hoped it would be and more. Don’t let the prices scare you off, I wholeheartedly believe it was worth the money. They spare no expense when you arrive, and we were treated like royalty. There was never a problem getting a chair, or a seat in a restaurant. There is no one on the beach pestering you to buy things. Sandals has it figured out- they are the leader in 5 star for a reason. We will 100% be returning to this resort. (We’re already planning a return trip for March.) If you’re looking for quiet resort with tons of space and not overcrowded, you will not regret a visit here.

My wife and I wanted to have a getaway together. Our travel agent recommended sandals south Coast, and we can't be more happy. My wife and I had a blast. The place is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is more than pleasant to deal with. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to get away and have a relaxing time. We like to thank Owen, one of the entertainers. He made our stay very pleasant. All around we had a great time and most definitely will plan to come back.
