Realmente ya no es como lo recuerdo, se a devaluado muchísimo, ciertamente es comprensible que por la pandemia hayan cambiado muchas cosas, pero realmente al punto del trato a los clientes no es como era antes

O espaço é muito bom, porém não consegui achar Wifi fora da recepção, além disso a ausência de elevadores para alguns quartos pode ser um fato um pouco desconfortável. Os espaços para lazer que visitei, como auditórios e praia, são muito bons!

We rented an Airbnb at Torre 2000. Fantastic wonderful amenities There is no one here! It's a big 3 day weekend and very few people make the extra 10 minute drive to punta Blanca. Salinas is the hot spot and for good reason. But a pool is a pool. The water at the beach is still as salty and warm. The sun is the sun. If you like a much less crowded atmosphere that's perfect for families. This is the place. Very safe. Very tranquil. Beautiful in every way

Note: this is an Ecuadorian place - Spanish speaking and lots of Spanish food. Super nice and clean beach. Comfy beds. Great pools and lounge areas. Great food and bars. We really enjoyed the staff: We received excellent attention from both Moises and Angel at the bars. Each made us feel special and always made us smile when we interacted with them. Angel was good about using English with us and Moises was attentive, and remembered our favorite drinks, as well as always made us laugh and brightened our day. Diana served us multiple times in the dining area and was always attentive and thoughtful. She quickly learned our patterns and anticipated our needs before we could ask. Her kindness and friendliness were apparent each time we saw her. She is a gentle and nice host. Jonatan and Erika are amazing entertainers and performers. Jonatan is very funny and did a great job getting people up and involved in fun activities. Erika is extremely skilled in the areas she teaches and was very friendly and engaging. You can tell they both enjoy their work as they get the crowd going and challenge people to try something with which they may not be comfortable, helping guests have a fun and memorable time. Ways to improve: Increase the options for non-alcoholic drinks. Rotate the movies screened (the same movie played on both the first and last nights of our 5 night stay). Open at least one area earlier. As breakfast opens at 7, it would be nice if one thing (a pool or the gym) opened before 10 am for those who like to get up early. As right now during COVID there are more restrictions, perhaps it could be that the gym is a possibility starting earlier, but you must reserve for off-peak hours more than 12 hours in advance or something. We would have liked to use the gym but never did, given that it's hours were the same as the lifeguard hours. We never saw anyone using the gym during our time there but saw there was an attendant during it's operating hours. Perhaps it would be better use of manpower to have someone available to unlock the room when people sign up during a broader range of hours rather than having someone there the whole time during a shorter timespan.

If you are looking for an all inclusive beautiful beach resort in Ecuador, this is the one. The only real negatives are that the internet is incredibly slow at a measly 1mb down, there is only a few cable channels, and the fact that a pick up from the airport to the resort is $80. No limit on drinks and the hotel has great COVID-19 procedures. Being an american, the customer service is always interesting and fees and procedures are quite different to hotels in the states, and you will notice. But if you barely spend time in your room and are at the beach or one of many pools, you've come to the right place!

The hotel employees are courteous, and respectful. The food in El Muelle and El Coral restaurants has improved significantly. Management seems to be doing a good job.

Fine accomodation. All you can eat menu, spa and a reasonable array of amenities included in price. Best when on low season. Good service.

Good food, nice beach, nice facilities in general. My main complaint with this place is that when we went into the sea, our wristbands came off without us noticing and we lost 1 of them. They charged us 30 dollars for losing it at checkout. 30 dollars for a cheap piece of paper with glue. This tells me this place is out to shamelessly squeeze extra money out of you. So read the fine print before you stay here or don't bother coming here at all in the first place.

My husband and I went for a destination wedding! He was their photographer. Being that it’s South America and I have never visited there I was expecting it to be some what better than what it was. The second tower( where our room was) seemed to be the more run down part of the resort. The walls were dirty and the shower stained. The bathroom is very tiny to have to step around the toilet to get into a tiny stand up shower. The ac broke on the first night and leaked for a full day. We tried to have it repaired but there was a language barrier for us. The resort is predominantly Spanish speaking with no one speaking even a small amount of English. We speak very little Spanish. The room itself was small but okay. The theatre was right outside our sliding door which was loud but ended around 11pm. The food was okay. We are vegan so some thing we’re tough and they couldn’t really understand but it looked fresh. The drinks are free (all inclusive) as is the food. The staff unfortunately is extremely rude if you’re not Spanish speaking. The pools were nice and the hot tub was also great. They close everything super early (by 8pm). The ride from the airport is about two hours. I gave it three stars just for the grounds and food, other than that they need to do a lot of work on the building and their staff! Also the gym is completely outdated. The beach was awesome, great waves and lots of things to do.
