“An absolutely beautiful hotel. Clean, modern and comfortable. The service is fantastic but not everyone speaks English which can be frustrating at times. The views are stunning from the indoor pool at the top. The food is great although very pricey which is expected for a 5 star hotel. The location of the hotel is great with the subway train just a 5min walk down the road. The concierge is also very good with helping to guide tourists around the beautiful Shanghai city. I will definitely be back!”

“I have been here for two weeks.
Hotel: The breakfast (about 6:30 to 10:30am) was included and it was good. There is an Italian and Spanish restaurant, which are very recommendable. Furthermore, on the 30th floor there is a bar which offers a very nice view of Huangpu River. The gym is open 24 hours a day and has simple equipment for training. Sauna and pool are small but not crowded.
Location: it is 3-4 minutes walk to Lujiazui metro station (line 2). For each way, no matter where you want to go, you pay 3RMB and you are very fast everywhere in Shanghai. Disadvantage is the food options nearby.
Smoking inside the hotel facilities is not allowed. So you have to go out of the hotel to smoke(even if you are at 30th floor at bar )
Staff: At the reception they all speak English and so you have no communication difficulties. They are all nice and friendly.
