“bad welcoming when arrived, they ask us to put high deposit in dollar and they insist to return it back while check out in Turkey lira.
the staff not comparative with the guests, the ac not working and they didn't inform us when we booked, incase of any issues they are not respons fast.

“I have stayed 5 days at somerset maslak and it was a good experience. The rooms are well equipped and clean the cleaning lady is extremely nice I think he name is Yesim and the young man hissein very helpful. The location is great and the view is wonderful.”
