“The least thing a person can expect from a hotel is to be able to get a good night sleep! This unfortunately wasn't affordable by this hotel because of the high sounds of music on new year's eve. I'm very disappointed and I hardly doubt I will visit your hotel one's more. After calling the reception, all i I could get was an apology and an explanation saying that they can't do anything because the restaurant (which sounds are coming from and is inside the hotel) belongs to a different owner so there's nothing they can do about it”

“It's supposed to be a nice hotel but could do better with customer service and the room itself. Some of the lobby staff were friendly but a couple of them looked like they didn't care. The ironing board in the room was broken and after asking 3 times in 3 days, I never got it fixed. During checkout, I mentioned this to them and there was not even a "sorry" from the lady at the reception. Her excuse was that she asked the technical staff (and it's not her problem basically). The room was comfortable but there were no amenities in the room when I first arrived. When I asked for amenities, they brought minimal things like soap. Anyway, there are much nicer hotels in Istanbul for the same price.”
