“The owner of this hotel is really kind and caring. When I return to Cusco I will be considering to stay at this hotel again. There is hot water and they leave the room really clean (like super clean. I’m someone who hates any bug or anything dirty, and there was absolutely nothing dirty here, they really take care of their rooms). The only thing you have to prepare for is the cold temperatures since there are no heaters. Their blankets are clean and warm. I just want to say thank you so much to the owner for making us feel at home and for taking the extra step in making sure our large family had the best experience in Cusco. I’m always going to remember the kindness I received here. Gracias :)”
