Atualizando minha avaliação. Problema sério de ruído durante a academia. Fique longe deste hotel a todo custo. (Minha avaliação antiga está aqui) Novo hotel, ótima equipe de vendas (Andres) e equipe fazendo todo o possível para que os hóspedes tenham a melhor experiência. Ótima localização entre a Zona T e o Parque 93. Muitos restaurantes no mesmo prédio com tantas opções diferentes

Muito bem localizado em um bairro tranquilo de alto padrão seguro. Academia Body Tech. Situado ao lado de uma praça de alimentação com 32 restaurantes.. As principais atrações ficam a 10-15 minutos a pé. Café da manhã elaborado com algumas opções da culinária local (tamales e frutas da época). A equipe é muito simpática e receptiva. Os quartos são espaçosos e muito bem decorados. Vamos ficar aqui novamente durante a nossa próxima visita.

Updating my review. Serious noise problem dur to gym. Stay away from this hotel at all costs. (My old review is here) New hotel, great sales team(Andres), and team making all possible to have guests their best experience. Great location between Zona T and Parque 93. Many restaurants in the same building with so many different options

Very well located in a safe upscale quiet neighborhood. Body Tech gym. Situated right next to a 32 restaurant food court.. Main attractions are in a 10-15 minute walking distance. Elaborate breakfast with some local cuisine choices (tamales and seasonal fruit). Staff is very friendly and responsive. Rooms are spacious and very well appointed. We shall stay here again during our next visit.

Este é um novo hotel que fez tudo certo. Os quartos são novos e bonitos, com tomadas bem posicionadas, móveis modernos e um ótimo espaço de trabalho. A velocidade da Internet era mais do que adequada para o trabalho, etc. Eles até deixaram um bilhete personalizado e uma tábua de charcutaria no meu quarto. Você pode ignorar o saguão e ir direto para o seu quarto do nível da rua com um cartão-chave. Mauricio, Sebastian e a mulher de cabelo preto que trabalhava durante o dia (desculpe não saber o seu nome!) São super profissionais e prestaram um nível de serviço que não recebo na Marriotts do meu país, ou outros países. Alguns dos funcionários até sabiam meu nome, e não foram eles que me registraram! A equipe de café-da-manhã também é ótima. Há um bar na cobertura (no mesmo prédio) onde a equipe pode colocá-lo em uma lista para que você não tenha que pagar cobertura. Há uma praça de alimentação com ótimas opções de alimentação no prédio. Perto de restaurantes, caixas eletrônicos e uma loja de conveniência do outro lado da rua. Parabéns por um hotel estelar com uma equipe ainda mais estelar. Bem feito. Esta será a minha viagem para o hotel na próxima vez que estiver em Bogotá.

This is a new hotel that has done everything right. The rooms are new and beautiful, with thoughtfully placed outlets, modern furnishings, and a great workspace. Internet speed was more than adequate for work, etc. They even left a personalized note and a charcuterie board in my room. You can bypass the lobby and go straight to your room from street level with a key card.Mauricio, Sebastian, and the woman with the black hair who was working during the day (so sorry I didn't catch your name!) are super professional and gave a level of service I don't receive at Marriotts in my home country, or other countries. Some of the staff even knew my name, and they weren't the ones that checked me in! Breakfast staff is great as well. There is a rooftop bar (in the same building) where the staff can put you on a list so you don't have to pay cover. There is a food court with great food options in the building. Close to restaurants, ATMs, and a convenience store right across the street. Congrats on a stellar hotel with an even more stellar staff.Well done. This will be my go to hotel next time I am in Bogota.

Nós amamos a localização e as comodidades do hotel. Os funcionários são fabulosos. Eles cumprimentam você sempre que possível e verificam a qualidade de sua estadia. Gostamos da forma como os quartos oferecem privacidade entre as áreas dos quartos e da sala. Eles também tinham uma boa vista da cidade pela manhã. O café da manhã estava delicioso. Tantas opções ótimas e acerta totalmente o lugar. Nós gostamos da nossa equipe de garçons matinais também. Eles foram absolutamente lovey e tão atenciosos. A Internet é confiável e o preço é muito razoável. Estamos ansiosos para nossa próxima estadia.

Realmente uma experiência excelente, recomendo vivamente. Este é um hotel novo, de 9 andares de concreto e aço em uma grande parte de Bogotá (a 1 quarteirão do Parque Virrey, a poucos passos dos shoppings Zona T e Andino). Definitivamente, não é uma pousada de residência média nos EUA - muito melhor. A equipa desta propriedade é verdadeiramente excepcional, a maioria fala inglês e todos são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. Alexandra (Gerente Geral) é encantadora, Monica, Joyce e Vanessa na recepção são maravilhosas- muito amigáveis e prestativas ... vão sentir falta de todos os três. O serviço de limpeza tem muito orgulho de seu trabalho para manter esta nova propriedade nas melhores condições - Lili e Jairo fazem um ótimo trabalho. O Chef Jhon Gomez é muito talentoso e sai de seu caminho para atender às solicitações dos hóspedes.Recomendo vivamente esta propriedade para quem visita Bogotá.

Normalmente, quando você fica em um hotel por um ou dois dias, não é tão fácil escrever um ótimo comentário, mas ficamos lá por 2 semanas com um bebê e realmente amamos nossa estadia. Começando pelo fato de que Alejandra foi muito acolhedora desde o início, começamos a procurar um lugar (ela também é a gerente mais bem vestida que já conheci!), Despachamos alguns brinquedos antes da mão e Monica foi muito boa em nos ajudar a providenciar isso. Chegamos à meia-noite e Sebastian foi muito gentil em nos ajudar com um check-in rápido para poder colocar o bebê para descansar. Monica, Vanessa, Joyce, Lili, Carlitos, Alex, Mauricio, Dorita (awww nós sentimos muita falta da Dorita pela manhã !!!) e todos lá foram amáveis e muito atenciosos. A localização é excelente e adorei o fato de que no mesmo prédio eles têm um lugar novíssimo, muito delicioso e limpo, com várias opções de restaurantes para escolher, então nem precisávamos sair para comer. Além disso, eles têm uma cobertura no andar de cima para quem gosta de dançar :) Obrigado a todos por cuidarem de nós !! Vejo vocês em breve com certeza :) Karina.

One of my favorite hotels in Bogota. The hotel is new and very clean. The location is in a nice, safe location close to restaurants. The breakfast is great and the staff is friendly and professional.

Usually when you stay in a Hotel for a day or 2 is not so easy to write a great review but we stayed there for 2 weeks with a baby and we really loved our stay. Starting by the fact that Alejandra was very welcoming from the beginning we started searching for a place (also she’s the best dressed manager I’ve ever met!) we shipped some toys before hand and Monica was very nice to help us arrange that. We arrived at midnight and Sebastian was very kind to help us with a fast check-in to be able to put the baby to rest. Monica, Vanessa, Joyce, Lili, Carlitos, Alex, Mauricio, Dorita (awww we really miss our Dorita in the mornings!!!) and everyone there were lovely and very attentive. The location is excellent and I loved the fact that in the same building they have a very delicious and clean brand new place with several restaurant options to chose from so we didn’t even have to go out to eat. Also they have a rooftop upstairs for those who like to dance:) Thank You everyone for taking care of us!! See you soon for sure:) Karina.

We loved the location and the hotel amenities. The staff are fabulous. They make sure to greet you whenever possible and check on the quality of your stay. We liked how the rooms offer privacy between the bedrooms and living room areas. They also had good views of the city in the morning. Breakfast was delicious. So many great options and it totally hits the spot. We liked our morning wait staff too. They were absolutely lovey and so attentive. Internet is reliable, and the price is very reasonable. We look forward to our next stay.

Truly an outstanding experience- strongly recommend. This is a brand new hotel, 9 stories of concrete and steel in a great part of Bogota (1 block from Parque Virrey, walking distance to Zona T and Andino shopping centers). Definitely not your average residence inn in the US- far better. The team at this property is truly exceptional, the majority speak English and all are extremely friendly and helpful. Alexandra (General Manager) is delightful, Monica, Joyce and Vanessa at reception are wonderful- very friendly and helpful... will miss all three. Housekeeping takes great pride in their work to keep this new property in top shape- Lili and Jairo do a great job. Chef Jhon Gomez is very talented and goes out of his way to meet guest requests. Strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting Bogota.
