El programa de actividades es muy bueno, hicimos paddle board con Karla Coca y fue fantástico, gran profesional, muy simpática y dispuesta a que te lo pases genial en sus actividades!! Gracias Karla! Ojalá te veamos allí en nuestras próximas vacaciones! El Hotel es un sitio increíble para pasar unas vacaciones y tener de todo sin salir del complejo.

Genial tarde en elrecinto deportivo del TRS Yucatan. Salvador me estuvo explicando todos los secretos del tiro con arco y el rifle. Aprendí a usar el arco desde cero en un ambiente divertido. Deseando volver para disfrutar de interesantes actividades.

Después de una estancia de 7 días en este hotel, quiero dejar claro que es un hotel espectacular; sin embargo, como siempre, hay cosas que destacan por lo bueno, y otras por lo malo. En cuanto a lo bueno, el personal del HOTEL y no del TravelClub (quienes no se molestaron en darme información porque se ve que tenían cosas más importantes que hacer como dar vueltas por el Lobby del hotel, haciéndonos creer que éramos clientes ya no de segunda, sino tercera o cuarta). Todo el personal es excepcionalmente amable, desde los botones hasta los camareros y la gente de mantenimiento y limpieza (se agradece que el hotel esté tan bien mantenido y limpio). Destacar la atención de Salvador, animador del hotel, con el que realizamos la actividad de Snorkel,su amabilidad y su buen hacer le destacan. Por supuesto, los mayordomos de nuestra villa, Adrián, Marina y Roberto, que hacían todo lo que estaba en sus manos (que a veces no era mucho) porque nuestra estancia fuera perfecta a parte de darnos buenos consejos sobre la zona.Puntos negativos que quiero destacar son la escasez de mesas para cenar en la mayoría de restaurantes. Al llegar nos recomendaron reservar por lo menos para las dos siguientes noches ya que se suelen llenar y cual fue nuestra sorpresa al encontrarnos que a nuestra llegada, varios restaurantes ya estaban totalmente reservados durante toda nuestra estancia, y que otros ni si quiera abrían más que un día o dos a la semana. Por ello nos quedamos sin probar el restaurante de especialidades mexicanas (Adelita) o el tailandés. El primero porque estaba totalmente reservado todos los días y uno de ellos cerrado en exclusiva para una boda y el segundo porque directamente solo abría el día de nuestra llegada.En cuanto a las medidas COVID, era obligatoria la mascarilla en los carritos de golf que se usan para moverse por el hotel y en las zonas comunes como restaurantes y lobby mientras no se estuviera consumiendo alimento o bebidas. Esta medida la cumplían los empleados a rajatabla y los huéspedes... bueno, pocos huéspedes (por lo general, alemanes y americanos que se saltaban a la torera todas las restricciones porque en fin, ellos están por encima del resto).La playa del TRS es inexistente; sin embargo, existe un club de playa en, literalmente, la otra punta del complejo Palladium (La Jarra), exclusivo para los clientes del TRS con unas pocas balinesas y tumbonas donde disfrutar de un ratito de relax al sol con servicio de camarero y toallas.

Hemos venido por nuestra luna de miel, y nos ha encantado todo, instalaciones, servicio, atención, comida, excelente. 100% recomendable! 😉

This place is falling apart. USB plates are broken, attitude if you don't tip, management is a joke and not available, no one wearing masks, people smoking all over the place, rooms are all humid and moldy, and diarrhea for days from the food.And be prepared to wait for everything.I promise you this place is about as good as your local Motel 6.And watch out for the All-Inclusive charges that will appear on your bill at checkout!I feel sorry for the employees because you can tell that they are not being taken care of.Most of this is Management issues.

Will NEVER return. This is the worst resort I have ever stayed at. The service was HORRIBLE. The staff doesn't care about you being taken care of AT ALL. The horrific experience started as soon as we checked in. We were told we would be getting a room upgrade (we had originally booked an ocean view), which turned out to be a view of stagnant water with a disgusting smell...no ocean. When we asked to change rooms, we were told it'd take 45 mins to an hour due to sanitary reasons, but did they only "upgrade" us because our ocean view room was never really ready in the first place (we didn't check in until almost 5 PM). Once we finally got to the room we had originally booked, our "ocean view" was blocked by trees. It gets better...Every room has a butler. We were told by our butler we would be receiving 2 complimentary liquor bottles of our choice to enjoy while we were on the resort. We got in on Thursday night, checked out Sunday, didn't get our bottles until Saturday late afternoon, even after asking everyday. Upon going to dinner that night at Helios, we were sat at a table for 30 minutes with zero service. We asked for menus only to be looked at weirdly.There is a BIG language barrier at this resort. After 30 minutes, we were told to download an app...AFTER 30 MINUTES. And we weren't told by the waitstaff, we were told by a table dining next to us! Every drink you order in watered down. The food is awful. Our room was dirty. I would have left the first day if my best friend wasn't getting married there.I complained to management multiple times only to be told I would be contacted by someone shortly, which NEVER happened. Non of the staff in helpful at all. I'm sure I'll get a response stating "i'm sorry you had a horrible time". I can't get my time or money back. Save yourself your time and money before you book at this place.

I can’t say enough about our stay (11/8-11/14/2021). It was amazing! The food was delicious, drinks fabulous, entertainment top notch, pools and beach breath taking. My point of reference is our last vacation, a stay at the Four Seasons Nevis. My husband and I would say this experience was just as good, if not better for about 1/5 of the price. We were away from toddlers but we still wanted a lively crowd with entertainment, live music and activities - something really not found at a Four Seasons.Here’s our favorite things: butler service (Jessica was fabulous!) - she accommodated everything we asked for, stocked our room with bottles of champagne and vodka and even delivered mixers not easily found in rooms. The butler Memo was great at letting us know exactly what was going on during the day - beach yoga and live entertainment area all day. Advice: book your dinner reservations AS SOON as you meet your butler. We were slightly limited when we arrived but the restaurants took walk ins and the waits were only 20 minutes tops. Another hint, we were barely in the room even though we had the 12x12 pool (pool front) with patio room - Go for the less expensive room with plunge pool because if your anything like us, you’ll barely be in the room. Our cousin got the plunge pool room and both were sufficiently adequate and not that much different except for outdoor space. Don’t forget your sweatshirts and pants for sleeping, it does get cold in winter and the rooms were kept very cold!The resort is big and we did use carts to get to the private TRS guest only beach / or to other areas is of the hotel (spa, other resort lobbies) but the carts run constantly and we never had a problem.We got pulled into the travel club presentation for $300 worth of spa credit. Get it done early if you’re going to listen and it’s more like 2.5 hours, NOT 1. Skip any meal they offer because they just bring you to the buffetanyways.They should probably pre-qualify guests because our salesoffer was over $25k .. not something we were interested in (especially with young kids).We booked a catamaran snorkel cruise through concierge and that was fabulous. Highly recommend the 4 hour cruise which is only 25 minutes from the hotel at the marina.Chic cabaret is a must - a 3+ hour show with 6 course dinner. Food was AMAZING and those dancers… wow! Danced their hearts out! Be ready for a long and enjoyable evening! All seats are great, it’s a small venue.We enjoyed the steak house and Italian for dinner, Capricho for lunch, and Helios for breakfast/ lunch. The infinity pool also offered lunch almost everyday and that was also great. We ordered multiple entres and apps at every meal because we could never decide and it was all great! Most plates were small anyways so we enjoyed every bite!My only advice for the hotel would be to offer drying racks for the rooms for bathing suits and wet clothes. There really is nowhere to hang anything after a beach day!TRS is great, and you don’t feel claustrophobic on an all inclusive because you can use ALL the facilities of each hotel. If you’re booking TRS you’ll probably end up staying on that side though because of grey goose and Don Julio, no kids, and better food. Best to try it all and decide on your own but we liked the quiet (meaning no kids) and drinks much better at TRS.Also, we felt very secure on resort with gates and security at the entrance. They do a superb job making sure their guests are safe. No need to leave the resort either because the snorkeling off the beach has sting ray, purple reefs and beautiful fish - just as good as the reef we catamaran cruised to!Good luck everyone and book your trip! If you’re anything like us, you need this! They even give you a free coupon for the antigen covid test which they do on resort (and is needed to get back into US).

Excelente lugar, atención con calidad y calidez, un trato amable siempre, la comida excelente todos los alimentos de muy buena calidad, todas las albercas climatizadas incluso la de la habitación. Creo que es el hotel ideal para todos los que quieran olvidarse del mundo y simplemente relajarse. Al momento de hacer el check in platique con huéspedes que han estado 9-10 veces, en ese momento no entendí porque, ahora ya lo entendí, ya me pidieron regresar en las próximas vacaciones y estoy de acuerdo (mi compañera de viaje es muy muy muy especial, pero este hotel le fascinó). Excelente atención de Martha del edificio 66 muy amable y resolutiva en todo momento. Capricho el mejor restaurante del complejo, a mi parecer. Me encantó el hotel en general y el personal me hizo sentir muy agusto. Lo único que en la habitación hacia frío según entrabas. Pero repito, me encantó, repetiría.

Increíble lugar! La atención es muy buena, las bebidas de muy buena calidad y la comida deliciosa, el show estuvo muy entretenido. Espero regresar pronto.

I got $350 stolen right out my hotel room by cleaning staff. The money was in a closed pocket deep in my suitcase so they had to be rummaging through all my stuff. The only thing the hotel staff did was file a report on my behalf. But BEFORE they were willing to file a report, they spent two hours with a security team digging through all my stuff to make sure it wasn’t there. I understand their is protocol for this type of thing but it was very invasive. To sum up, I NEVER got any of my money back, the staff never followed up, and the service was poor. I will not be going back! Lastly, I traveled with a wedding party of 100 people and MULTIPLE people got their money stolen from their rooms. This is a major security issue that must be addressed by this resort ASAP!!!I’m only giving it 2 stars because of the infinity pool was nice. The food is terrible and they don’t enforce any COVID guidelines.

Beaches are beautiful and restaurants are amazing.Pools and entertainment are so fun!Alexander and the show is beautiful!Rooms are very clean and well appointed.The lobby is gorgeous and so is the bar.

This place is amazing. The grounds and rooms are beautiful. The staff is the nicest and most helpful of any hotel we have ever stayed. In particular, Javier our building butler was the absolute best. This property is an adults only resort with some good restaurants on-site. You also get access to the amenities of the neighboring Palladium resorts. The grounds are very large but the trolley service is great. We may have had no more than a 5 to 10 minute wait to have one called. Most of the time we would start walking and one would stop and ask if we wanted a ride. Definitely a great and relaxing resort that we would recommend to anyone.

Una experiencia fenomenal! Todo el personal muy atento y amable, la comida buenísima y las instalaciones excelentes. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos en el TRS.

Resort de luxo, lindo e confortável! A piscina com 3 bordas infinitas é de tirar o fôlego. O chic cabaré é incrível... Tem pequenas correções a serem feitas, mas nada q comprometa a estadia!

We enjoyed four nights at the TRS Yucatan as a get-away. The TRS side is, as expected, upscale. The modern feel of the rooms may not be for everyone, and some parts (the lights!) aren't as functional as they are stylish. The property itself is beautiful. We spent most of our time at the infinity pool, exclusively for use by TRS guests. The butler service was friendly. Service at restaurants could be spotty, but stand-out positives outweighed any negatives. The food quality was decent, what one could expect at the volume of service that needs to happen. We'd come back.

We had an absolute amazing time at TRS Yucatan! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, you won’t find a person that isn’t willing to help you out and let you know it is their pleasure to assist you. Dining was exceptional from the steak, to Italian to Japanese. Lastly, the service at the infinity pool was spot on. Thank you TRS for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent time at TRS Yucatan but the thing that really took the trip over the top was the diligence and professionalism from the MICE team led by Rafael and Raquel. They work so hard and Rafael stayed with us until our event was over at 8:15p. Our event was a 50th birthday party on the beach. 4-course menu and everything was the delicious--by far the best meal of the trip. The decor was superb. Atmosphere was excellent. The musicians, Mexican trio, were great. Can't say enough.

Desde el minuto 1 que llegas te reciben de maravilla te hacen sentir en casa para el calor con una bebida especial hecha para ti en este caso Jorge fue el que nos recibió. Llegamos un poquito temprano así q por mientras tenían nuestra habitación fuimos a desayunar a helios riquísimo servicio rapidísimo muy atentos de q no te faltará nada con una vista hermosa gracias a Jhovanni Yvonne Edwin cada desayunó y merienda fue una delicia, apenas terminamos el desyuno ya estaba nuestra habitación edificio 69 para mí el de mejor ubicación todo en relación a la distancia cortas; bueno la habitación de lujo y no se diga nuestros mayordomos en turno Jorge Daniel Samuel Guillermo y Roberto cada día nos tenían la inf a tiempo del clima actividades y reservaciones a nuestras cenas. Y cada detalle se agradece cuando llegas a descansar. La primera noche había la 2da fiesta de fans ahí subí unas fotos donde el show padrísimo la cena y el ambinte fue un rompe hielos para conocer a más huéspedes. El segundo día conocimosa Luciana María Sonia Alejandraen el área de la Alberca gracias a ellas nunca nos faltaron bebidas jaja siempre atentas.. mientras en las actividades Karla Benjamín, Salvadornos mantenían activoS. En las cenas cada una fue muy especialgracias a Gilda Patricia Santiago Jorge Marcelino nos llevamos un buen sabor de boca. En cada restauranteuna experiencia inolvidable. Ahh y el Show CHiC 10 de 10 valió la pena reservar y pasar una noche increíble con mi esposo. Claro q volvería TRS Yucatán los felicitó.

We just spent our 10 days honeymoon there which were just AMAZING. We really loved every second, had a garden view villa with amazing sunsets at villa no 63. the concierge but also the rest of the whole staff were just amazing. The nice lady at the beach who brought us two water unasked while we were bathing, the bartender at the nightpool who showed me his „cocktail bible“ all of them were just lovely and really made the difference. Had the best time

The vacation i just took was amazing. Plane ride and transportation was smooth. The resort was beautiful. The staff was amazing, food was good, view was awesome, room was beautiful. Testing was very easy to schedule and execute.This was definitely a resort I would want to visit again. The only thing I didn’t like was that ppl are allowed to smoke but that’s life 🤷🏾‍♀️

Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en el hotel. Las instalaciones están cuidadas y limpias al igual que las habitaciones que además son muy amplias. El personal del hotel es encantador, siempre muy amables… en especial Mario López, chofer de TRS, que nos pareció muy buen profesional y muy buena persona… nos ayudó mucho durante nuestra estancia.

Cena agradable en restaurante Tentaciones. Muy recomendable el tiramisu. Atendidos de forma profesional por Erick Barrios (mesero).

Estuve este fin de semana ahí y fue una experiencia increíble las bebidas y la comida deliciosa, pero sobre todo la atención de las personas que trabajan ahí, sobre todo de Alain del restaurante Helios que no solo nos amenizó un rato con una plática muy interesante sino también tuvo la gentileza de buscarme para entregar algo que había perdido, le agradezco a él y a todo el equipo de TRS por su maravilloso servicio seguro regreso en la primera escapada

Espectacular estancia en el resort TRS del grupo Palladium. Todo fue perfecto, la habitación, los restaurantes especiales, la atención y servicio y la limpieza. Muy bueno el servicio de animación, en especial con Salvador! En cuanto al problema del sargazo, había varias zonas de la playa en la que disfrutar sin problema, aunque en otras sí que había bastantes algas.

Mi estancia en el Hotel ha sido totalmente de lujo. Llegamos para realizar el Check Inn dónde nos atendieron Jorge y Luis de una manera espectacular, nos dieron bebidas de bienvenida por parte de Gilda. El lobby está de lujo y su bar Aurum 24 horas es de película con grandes bebidas. Nos llevó Diego con una gran calidez todo era perfecto a nuestro llegar. La habitación asignada tenía un gran Jacuzzi nuestros mayordomos Guillermo, Jorge y Roberto villa 69 fueron muy amables, nos explicaron todo muy bien desde que llegamos las reservas fueron fáciles con ellos y todas las mañanas nos mandaban información del clima y actividades,la verdad son unas personas muy dedicadas en su trabajo. La habitación impecable en cuánto a limpieza, amenidades, protocolos de COVID, buen clima, buena iluminación, buen minibar, cápsulas de café, etc. El aseo de la habitación todos los días fué de lujo y por las noches nos consentían con regalitos y nos preparaban la cama para dormir. Todos los días se surtía el minibar.En cuánto a los Restaurantes desayunamos tanto en Helios cómo en Caprichio, ambos son espectaculares con una gran higiene, gran variedad de alimentos de alta calidad y jugos naturales, encuentras de todo fuimos muy bien atendidos en Helios por Ivonne de Hostess. Y en Caprichio atendidos por Patricia de Hostess y camareros Jorge y Santiago con un gran trato!Para comidas sólo lo hicimos en Helios casi siempre atendidos por Jhovanny un excelente camarero con un gran carisma y consintiendonos mucho. También probamos las parrilladas en la piscina infinita realizadas por un chavo de ojos de color verde que no recordamos su nombre.Para Cenas: En Tentazione gran atención de Janeth y Héctor disfrutamos de un gran cena. Helios Mediterráneo probamos langosta, camarones al coco y pargos de gran calidad atendidos excelentemente por Edwin. Gaucho: Excelentes entradas, cortes y postres atendidos por Alejandra y Sonia y Marcelino súper amable y servicial.Bares: Los bares de la piscina infinita son espectaculares te la puedes pasar todo el día ahí con un excelente servicio gracias a las meseras: Martha, Luciana y María estás tres mujeres se la pasan trabajando duro y siempre te regalan una sonrisa tuvé oportunidad de platicar con las tres y se les extraña mucho son unas excelentes personas comprometidas con su trabajo y que decir de los barmans que preparan esas deliciosas bebidas para nosotros desgraciadamente no recuerdo sus nombre pero un aplauso para ellos de ambos bares (IO y Las Rocas) también como el barman del El Secreto y el de Las Rocas de agua salada. La piscina infinita está de lujo! Cosme siempre atento con las toallas.Palladium Pop: Conocí a Karla, Fernanda, Salvador y Cinthya. Excelentes personas muy carismáticas y profesionales en su trabajo, tuvimos la dicha de correr por el resort con Cinthya y Salvador con una mañana muy energética.Noche Fans Palladium Addicts: Noche espectacular con gran ambiente y diversión. Una gastronomía mexicana impecable de gran calidad. Nos la pasamos de maravilla precisamente ese día llegamos y fué un gran noche nos atendió de maravilla el buen Marvin. No recuerdo el nombre de la dama que ayudó a toda la organización creo era una gerente pero hasta en el carrito de vuelta nos topamos con ella una gran dama!Chic Cabaret: No sé lo pueden perder. Es un Show de altísimo nivel con bebidas y una cena de lujo, el escenario es increíble para pasar un gran velada nuestros mesero Jorge y su compañero que no recuerdo su nombre nos mimaron de lujo. En la previa a Chic fuimos atendidos por la mesera Sara. Chic Cabaret es un gran espectáculo cada peso invertido merece la pena no se lo pueden perder!La zona de la Playa TRS es tan cómoda que nunca quisieras salir de ahí. gran bar de Las Jarras. La playa es espectacular colores turquesa del Gran Caribe Mexicano. Si eres amante de la playa como nosotros te va a encantar CERO Sargazo!Es un Paraíso saludos de la Pareja Mascorro Nava de Torreón, Coahuila.

Came here on my honeymoon with my wife and it was an incredible experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, you won’t find a person that isn’t willing to help you out and let you know it is their pleasure to assist you. The drinks and the food were also incredible and the room was everything we could have hoped for, for a honeymoon. The Infiniti pool was a great place to relax and have a drink while looking out at the horizon. The Italian restaurant and the steakhouse were definitely highlights when it came to the food. The food was so good that I kept forgetting it was all inclusive. The butler service was also a major highlight and really helped make the entire trip seamless. Overall it was a fantastic trip and I would highly recommend staying here. Looking forward to revisiting in the future.

We had an absolute amazing time at TRS Yucatan! My wife and my sister and I all traveled here, it was my sisters first time in Mexico and this property did not disappoint. Our butlers Erik and Luis were fantastic and they have a ton of awesome restaurants and bars on the property! The pools and the beach are awesome and as TRS Yucatan guests you have access to all the other resorts in the complex. They have a ton of activities throughout the day which are super fun and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They want to make sure you are well take care of. I highly recommend checking out this resort you will not be disappointed!

Nuestra estancia ha sido espectacular … llegamos 1 semana después del huracán grace… si … había restaurantes q se los había llevado como el Poseidón … pero y que!! Tienes muchos más … El equipo de animación !!! Todos genial .. en especial Fernanda!!! Buenísima y súper atenta con nosotros Mayordomia… martha!!! Nos alegro el día en muchas ocasiones !!! Gracias La comida genial … en todos sitios … el covid ha pasado factura en todos sitios … pero aquí logras desconectar de todo… gracias

Hotel e a comida são excelentes. Praia é péssima, cheia de pedras e vegetação. Impossível entrar no mar. Se você for nessa época de pandemia, não faça o exame de PCR no hotel. Eu fiz e tive péssima experiência. Meu exame deu negativo e da minha esposa positivo. No dia seguinte do resultado do exame, a gerente do hotel ligou em meu quarto, e disse que o seguro cobriria somente a estadia da minha esposa e para mim tinham uma tarifa especial. Tinhamos que sair do quarto, para ficar em um quarto de quarentena e que não adiantaria fazermos outro exame em outro laboratorio pq o deles era99,9% garantido. Disse ainda que caso eu saísse do Hotel para fazer exame em outro lugar, eu seria proibido de retornar. Saímos do hotel um dia antes do check-out, perdemos uma diária e fomos em outro laboratório. Resultado do exame: negativo. Ao pesquisarmos no google sobre o laboratorio conveniado do hotel, descobrimos que esse fato ocorreu com diversas famílias. Ou seja, o hotel e este laboratório brincam com a cabeça e saúde dos hospedes. O hotel é maravilhoso (exceto a praia), mas minha avaliação negativa se deve ao modo como conduziram a situação do exame e a vontade de me forçar a ficar no hotel e cobrar mais diárias.

Mais um ano, mais uma fabulosa experiência.A casa? Sim, magnífica para acolher, para instalar, para facilitar e ajudar a que as férias sejam aquilo que sonhámos e mais ainda.A comida? Também,variada, permite a escolha mesmo aos mais esquisitos. As bebidas? Sim, servem pela carta e servem a pedido. A mim encanta-me o bar La Jarra(Luis, sempre a agradar e a sua mão...fantástica), Fullmoon Bar( explêndidos cocktails, até para os Fãs do Palladium e TRS).O transporte? Sim,sim,sim.Maravilhosos carrinhos conduzidos por pessoas que fazem do distante,perto (srs. Israel Montoya, Brody, Fransc,Enrique e outros que não recordo o nome).Os "mayordomos"? Oh,sim. Ficam no nosso coração com o tanto que tentam agradar (Paola, Jonatan, Jasmin). A receção?Sempre,os primeiros que nos recebem com amabilidade, gosto, dedicação, amigos,da chegada até à partida (Charlie,kevin,Antonio,Paola e os que não lembro o nome).Porque viemos há nove anos atrás e voltamos todos os anos? I feel like anyone who leaves less then 5 stars for this hotel is insane! This hotel was the best I have ever been to for the perfect luxury experience! I don’t normally write reviews but I had to this time. From the amazing service to beautiful views and gorgeous hotel design. The food is just over the top amazing. The staff is so professional! Being a vegetarian it is always hard for me to get proper service and find stuff to eat in all inclusive hotel and here they ask for allergies and guide you through your options if you have any issues. The butler service was great the drinks and everything!! Can’t recommend enough! People are so friendly and happy to serve you at any time! We haven’t had any issues with anything! If you want a vacation with no worries pick TRS Yucatan Hotel hotel! We will definitely hit different trs hotels next time.

By far one of the best experiences we have ever had. The staff is amazing they really cater to your every want. The grounds are stunning and they have several pools to choose from each are beautiful. The real star of the vacation was the dinning experience . The head restaurant manager Israel went above and beyond to exceed every expectation. The head chef Igor and so-chef Andres put together such creative and delicious dishes. And the presentation of each dish was beautiful. The wait staff was excellent Issac, Hector,Javier, and Sebastian were true professionals. They all made this one of the best vacations we have ever had, we will be back for sure!

The food at Helios was sublime, the service was amazing! Chefs Osvaldo created beautiful dishes with the most extraordinary taste and he personally came out to say hello which felt very special and touching! I never tasted food like that. Also Francisco our waiter was incredibly helpful and recommended wonderful dishes and took care of us! I will never forget this evening! Thank you Francisco! ❤️🙏

All I can say is WOW! This was our third time staying at the TRS and it never disappoints. The room view was amazing and the staff are always so nice and helpful. A few of their amazing staff that we got to know was Daniel and Martha from Helios and the pool bartender Roberto who actually remembered us from our last stay. I highly recommend staying at the TRS because the staff make you feel like you're home and you can't beat the service and views! This resort has become one of our favorites and will definitely be going back for our next vacation.

Indicado pelo meu agente de viagens da Elite Resorts, conheci este excelente empreendimento da Rede Grand Palladium em Costa Mujeres. Com uma estrutura de alto padrão, atendimento de primeira e ótimos serviços, a hospedagem no TRS é uma experiência diferenciada.

This is my 3rd time to Mexico and boy it gets better and better EVERYTIME! The service.... I have not found anywhere else like TRS. I will be coming back the next time we decide to travel to Mexico. This place hands down is the place to stay and enjoy a vacation. The food... PERFECT! Plenty of places to eat, very lenient on dress code for restaurants and the service is again...... AWESOME! My ONLY complaint is the refrigerator in our room DOES NOT keep drinks COLD. There was a problem with the air but they fixed that. They gave us another refrigerator but same issue. So because I have to go get ice 3 times a day to keep our drinks COLD, that's why they get 4 stars.

Awesome place! My husband and I really enjoyed TRS. Awesome food, the rooms are modern and pleasant (ours had a pool). And the overall service is excellent. The only thing we wish this place had is direct access to the beach/ocean. The ocean beach is rocky and not accessible, but they do have a salty pool.

I just checked into the TRS Yucatan with my new wife and this has been the most surreal experience we've ever had at a resort! The level of customer service and professionalism is unbelievable. The rooms are exactly as they appear online. We booked the junior suite with a private pool to celebrate our honeymoon and we could not be more pleased!

AMAZING! I don't know how anyone could give this place a negative review. Everything was outstanding. This place is above and beyond in every way. It is just absolutely breathtaking! The biggest thing for us was our incredible service. Every staff member you encounter is so friendly and very professional! The room, the pools, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, it's all great! I would only warn to pack bug spray this time of year because the mosquitos are out! Something that no one can really control, but that was our only negative. We walked away from this trip extremely happy and can't wait until we return. TRS has gained lifetime customers!

Top notch service. Amazing food. Beautiful grounds. Superior Spa. Top shelf drinks. Gorgeous pools and views. Over the top around the clock service. You will not be disappointed. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place! Every detail has been attended to and during your stay you are every part of the care and plan to keep you happy! I will always go back!! Also to shout out a few folks who made the stay EXTRA special: EVERYONE!! AND EXTRA SPECIAL LOVE to Romeo, who made sure we always had a fun ride to every delicious dinner!
