“The rooms are quiet clean and wide, the view was very good, all are sea view and the beach was clean too. However there were some disappointing points like the staff are not well trained to deal with customers in the hotel, they are lacking skills of customer respect and satisafction. Also most of the facilities close too early inside the hotel. Even the shuttle bus that transport customers to the hotel gate is not working all the day. The hotel rules and system of facilities are not written in any documents in reception so you need to ask about every single detail and you will be lucky to find somebody there to give you useful FULL information. Overall the place is perfect but the staff is not fitting it which decreases the happiness and satisfaction chances.”
