“I wouldn’t say this is a 4.5 star hotel. The aesthetic definitely is beautiful but that, to me, is what makes it a 4.5 hotel. Let’s talk about the rooms… The room I was in had a balcony, so the view was amazing. The room itself was very small. There wasn’t enough room for two people to walk at the same time. They added unnecessary furniture so it made the room smaller. The lighting was not the best. There were no ceiling lights only plug in (except bathroom). Speaking of bathroom, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, so careful using hot water or be prepared for the consequences. The balcony did not have any lighting, which I recommended they should have. There were only 3 mirrors. One located in the bathroom (the best one with the best lighting), one in between the beds and a long stand up mirror that honestly was not placed in the best location of the room. There is no microwave or fridge. And the only thing they supplied for “ice” was a small bucket that could barely fit ice plus the actual drink. They also did not have any backups for towels or bed covers. May I also add that the hot tub outside is extremely hot. We asked if they could lower the temperature but they refused. They should have a heated normal pool vs the pool they have now.

“CON: Accommodations are equal to a (very, very expensive) roadside Motel. Super outdatedfor the price and our room overlooked a parking lot.CON: Breakfast felt like the The Hunger Games (completely disorganized... huge line to even get to the waiting list). It's a mess.CON (But should be a PRO): Complimentary Shuttle guy must be a figment of imagination, bc we tried to get picked up and dropped off twice and there wasn't any luck. Also, we found out the hard way that there's no way to get in touch with said shuttle/staff who can help out with shuttle.PRO/CON: The infinity pool and Jacuzzi are lovely... However, they would have been much more relaxing if there was a kids-only pool onsite. There were a few days when the pool and Jacuzzi were PACKED with kids. Loud. Splashy.MAJOR PRO: Service was awesome! Front desk is super accommodating and helpful (let us check-in/check-out early and stored our luggage). Wait staff in all of the hotel restaurants were lovely and accommodating (in spite of being super busy and short-staffed re pandemic regulations).”
